Methodology

The Course will cover the different aspects of how our biases can blur our ability to judge our own personnel, which are the most common biases, and study how our brain works to protect us -and at the same time discriminating others based on fears.

Role Playing:

We will discuss hypothetical discriminative situations that may arise in a workplace, what is the damage that they can create and how to mitigate their impact in order to create a more productive, more motivational management style.
