Alex began the first phase of his professional career as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Latin America for 7 years, in charge of Personal Computers Software Support. In a second period with HP, he engaged to the Technical Marketing Department as a Product Manager, focusing on Networking Solutions, specialized in Marketing actions on the Distribution Channel for additional 4 years. Then, Alex moved to Cisco Systems, initially as the Commercial Manager for Latam Southern Cone, where he oversaw Distribution Channel Management as well as Market Strategy Definition. Following his call and desire to dedicate to training activities, he finally moved onto the Cisco Latam Learning and Development Organization -for an additional 7 years- leading the Curricula for Sales, Engineering and Leadership. This position was lately expanded to the Emerging Markets organization, implementing this practice for Eastern Europe, AsiaPac, Africa and Latam, at Cisco.

Alex started his career as a Consultant in 2014, dedicating to deliver courses and Coaching on Consultative Sales, Public Speaking and Leadership all over Latam, US and Europe.

He belongs to Asociacion Argentina de Marketing as a member of the Judge Board for the Annual Marketing Prize. Formerly, he held a seat on the Buenos Aires American Chamber of Commerce as a President of the Internet Commission.

Regarding his education, Alex initially studied Electronics Engineering, focusing afterwards on Marketing and finally on Talent Management. He holds a PERH (HR Executive Program) Certificate from IAE Business School at Universidad Austral. Additional studies include: Leading Innovation & Creativity and Talent & Learning Management in the Organizations. Further, Alex has studied Business Marketing Strategy at Kellogg School of Management. He is a Certified Coach of the International Coaching Community.

Alex is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alex is married with two daughters. He pursued music endeavors in his free time and was an active Tenor in several choirs.
